Merema was founded by experts in the marketplace, retail, technology, operations, finance, and strategy.
Sujay Tyle is CEO. Previously, he was the Co-founder and Global CEO of Frontier Car Group (FCG) - a used cars automotive marketplace operating in a select few emerging markets. Sujay was one of the first Thiel 20 under 20 fellows and was named to the Forbes 30 under 30 list. He was named to Goldman Sachs' Top 100 Intriguing Entrepreneurs List in 2013, 2018, and 2019. Sujay attended Harvard College, Harvard Law School, and Harvard Business School.
Felipe Delgado was previously an Investment Banker at J.P. Morgan, then a partner and board member at Beetmann Energy. Felipe holds a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Olivier Scialom has broad experience starting and leading projects across different functional teams. Co-founder of Petsy.mx, a mexican petcare start-up acquired by Maskota in 2018. He then worked for Maskota, leading e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives, before co-founding Merama. He holds an MSc in Management from LSE.
Renato Andrade is co-founder and CEO Brazil. Renato spent 2 and a half years at Bain & Company, followed by 5 years at McKinsey; where he became an Associate Partner. He is a graduate of INSEAD and holds a BBA from the University of Sao Paulo.
Guilherme Nosralla spent 9 years at McKinsey, becoming Senior Engagement Manager. He then moved to Wildlife Studios, where he was Director of Marketing Art and Growth Strategy Director. He holds a degree from the University of Sao Paulo and a Master’s from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
