Through the Freachly application businesses can offer special deals to influencers that self-select into these deals according to their preferences. After usage of the deals, influencers post about their experience at Freachly partners in their social media platforms. Postings generate authentic marketing content for our Freachly partners - They win new customers and extra attention for their brand. Freachly analyses the social media appearance of the influencers subsequent to the exclusive invite to join the Freachly platform. This analysis furthermore helps Freachly to match influencers to businesses that fit their preferences and vice versa. We create win-win situations for businesses and influencers.

Job Brief

growing and we are looking for a new colleague to help us support our employees nationwide and in our
Berlin headquarters. If you are customer focused and also have a good knowledge of German labor law, we can’t wait to hear from you!
This is a Berlin based role and you will directly report to our management team & the founders.

Responsibilities

-Being the point of contact for external parties such as health insurances, authorities etc

-Conducting global compensation benchmarks as input to our compensation policy

-Building and leading a team of recruiters

-Organisation of recruitment events and establishment of strong excellent relationships

-Introducing new global corporate & benefit policies/procedures & strengthening our corporate culture

-Building a global talent plan (recruiting forecast) and a partner network

-Focusing on the development of our talents and the expansion of our personal development measures

-Conceiving and controlling HR projects and the implementation of new HR policies and procedures

-Working closely with the Executive Management and the Board of Directors, setting strategic plans and processes

-Being the first contact person for all HR admin related questions

-Setting up our global HR structure

-Evaluation and refinement of sourcing and selection procedures

-Design & execution of recruiting strategies in order to attract, evaluate and hire >100 qualified candidates

Requirements

-5+ years  of relevant work experience, emphasis on startups, proven track record of managing large projects and meeting expectations

-Past experience in working with an employment provider, setting work platform & implementing HR hiring engines

-Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding

-Master`s or Bachelor's degree, ideally in HR management or similar, with strong academic credentials

-Team management experience that will lead to maintaining control, also in turbulent times

-Project management skills: prioritization, time management, attention to detail, efficiency and the ability to improve processes

-Good knowledge of labor law

-Proven record on building strong relationships with universities & academic institutions

-Fluency in English & German is essential to the role
