Location: Paris 9th (Station: Grands Boulevards)

Contract: Permanent and full-time contract 

Compensation: Attractive (base salary and bonus)

Join us and help the team double in size by end of year and scale our recruiting and people initiatives!

Responsibilities

*You will find the best talents for Cubyn: 

-Develop talent acquisition strategies to find the best talents for the Sales, Operations, Corporate and Engineering teams

-Manage the end to end recruitment process: briefing with the manager, posting the job ad, sourcing talents, reviewings applications, managing the relationship with the candidates, scheduling interviews, extending the offers..

-Select and manage job-boards to post our job ads 

-Be a strong partner to your hiring teams and to your candidates

 

*You will work on employer branding:

-Redesign the careers page for the company so that it reflects our culture and achievements

-Create awareness around the brand: social media, events, campus relations ect..

 

*You will collaborate on cross functional projects:

-Select and setup the new ATS-Build an empowering onboarding program

-Train the interviewers in the company 

-Put in place an engaging referrals program

Requirements

Your profile:

-Key skills: fast learner, structured and analytical thinking, great communication skills, networker, candidate experience focused, business driven, super motivated

-At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, marketing or similar field. 

-Fluency in English is required as we are hiring internationally
