Conor O’Loughlin is Co-Founder and CEO. Conor comes from an interesting background spanning both tech and fitness. A computer science graduate turned professional rugby player, Conor took up a professional rugby contract where he had a ten year career with Connacht before retiring through injury in 2011. Prior to Glofox he built out a services business providing web and app development on a consultancy basis across a range of industries. He has since spearheaded the Glofox vision to provide an end-to-end solution to facilitate the success of fitness business operators globally.

Finn Hegarty is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Glofox. Prior to Glofox he held a Director position at MetLife where he ran large transformational programmes across EMEA. In addition, he spent over eight years in EY Technology Consulting working in London, Sydney and Dublin (including a two-year secondment at Morgan Stanley Technology in London). Finn has a BSc in Computer Science from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a number of technical qualifications.

Anthony Kelly is Chief Customer Officer. Anthony practiced as an Associate Solicitor for five years before leaving law to embark on a new career, starting his own app development business and then joining the founding team at Glofox. He has a passion for health, wellness and fitness and is a founder of Europe’s largest wellness festival. Anthony has a deep understanding of the operational needs of this type of business and oversees the successful care  and nurture of our 4000+ businesses in 60+ countries.
