Homebase was founded by JunYuan Tan and Phillip An alongside a management team that has 50+ years of shared relevant experience and come from institutions like McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Grab, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT.

About the founders/CEO:
Homebase was founded in 2019 by JunYuan Tan and Phillip An.
JunYuan is Co-Founder and CEO. He began his education with a BSc in Business at the University of Manchester, and subsequently went on to complete a Masters in Computer & Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania. He then co-found multiple companies in domains such as software, blockchain and F&B, and even won the Global Inspired Leadership Award in 2017 for his entrepreneurial feats.
Phillip is Co-Founder. Having completed a BSc in Computer Science at Caltech, and an MBA at Harvard, Philip worked for many years on the investment side of things, taking up roles in companies such as Lumia Capital and Goldman Sachs. With this experience, he founded his own multidisciplinary venture capital firm in 2019.
