Created in March 2016 by three friends, HostnFly offers its clients a solution to manage flat rentals when they leave: HostnFly takes care of everything and guarantees a revenue to their clients at the beginning of the rental period. Thanks to its machine learning algorithms, HostnFly optimizes the prices of the rentals and maximises the owners’ revenues and provides up to 30% more revenue on average than a rental directly through Airbnb.
The startup offers a service that includes: registration of the flat on short term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), collection of the keys and management of all the logistics (answering the guests’ questions, housekeeping, change of sheets etc.). HostnFly allows customers to travel more often, while earning profits thanks to the rental of their flats.
They now manage more than 3,000 homes in France, particularly in Paris, Lyon, and Marseille and have expanded their offering to almost 30 ski and seaside resorts in partnership with La Conciergerie by Odalys. In July 2019, HostnFly closed a €9 million funding round to strengthen its presence in France and expand internationally.
