Hum Capital is the funding platform that connects great companies with the right capital. Hum offers companies raising up to $50 million the most efficient, transparent path to growth through the Intelligent Capital Market (ICM) which uses AI to translate a company’s financial data into an investor’s view of their business, so they can fundraise with confidence.
In addition to providing advanced analytics and benchmarks to companies, ICM is a marketplace that connects companies with more than 250+ institutional investors looking for investment opportunities. Companies use the analysis generated by ICM to engage investors in a secure data room that makes it easier for companies to share the full breadth of their data, which helps accelerate the overall due diligence process and decrease the time to funding.
Institutional investors turn to Hum for personalized deal flow of high-quality companies, as well as for quantitative insights built on company data they can trust. Since Hum validates the data they collect from over 100 SaaS-based business systems, investors can spend more time evaluating deals, and less time searching for opportunities and building bespoke financial models.
