Nomad Homes is a digital real estate platform that brings the entire experience of buying and renting homes online. It differs from other, more traditional brokerages and portals in Dubai, in the way that it exclusively serves buyers and renters.

So, how does it work? Nomad Homes allows you to find your dream property in 3 simple steps:

  1. Browse Dubai's best: Search through verified, hand selected properties from Dubai's top brokerages
  2. Choose what you like: Select the properties you want to see and they will guide you through virtual or in-person viewings
  3. Close the deal: Once you find the home you love, Nomad will handle financing, registration, and ownership transfer
Nomad Homes are 100% dedicated to you, as they only represent buyers and renters. In this way, the user of the platform only needs Nomad to act as the point of contact between them and the seller/letting agents. What's more, Nomad boasts a concierge experience for the client. They will handle the scheduling, negotiations and paperwork, as well as providing help at every step of the process.

Currently operating in Dubai, Nomad Homes is also laying the groundwork for its second launch city in Europe.
