The company was founded by Ajay Prakash and James Joun and is headquartered in San Francisco.
About the founders/CEO:
James Joun is Co-Founder and COO. Prior to Rinse, he was an investor at Essex Woodlands Healthcare Ventures. He is a second-generation dry cleaner and has over 20 years of industry experience. James received his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Sam Cheng is Co-Founder and CTO. He previously served as VP of Engineering at two acquired tech
startups, after a stint at Amazon. He enjoys finding novel uses for data and
building gelled development teams. Sam has a BS in Computer Science and an MS
in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
