It was a massive week for Mindsay who announced not only their recent $10M closing of their Series A, but also their name-change and subsequent rebranding.
The French start-up has always had one goal in mind: to reshape the conversational AI landscape with an approach by industry. Their journey so far has led them to working world-class leading brands in the travel industry such as RATP and Paris Airports, for example, and many more to come in the future.
This week, they first announced their decision to change their name. What was once Destygo has become Mindsay, which they feel better reflects the company’s vision and goals: a conversational intelligence SaaS tailored for major companies to help them automate their conversational strategy at scale.
However, the bigger news was the announcement of their Series A raise, which closed at an impressive $10M. With the new funding, Mindsay will continue their impressive growth with a particular focus on a US expansion and the development of their AI model.
Alongside previous investors, us at Partech and Accor, White Star capital joined the round as well as Group ADP (Paris Airports).
We wish their amazing team the best of luck with the next phase of their incredible journey!
