Keji Mustapha

Before joining Partech, Keji was Head of Network, Brand & Culture Ops at Connect Ventures, a London-based, pan-European seed stage firm. Here, she built out the founder value-add initiatives, firm-wide brand strategies and people operations. Prior to that, she was Head of Operations at Elvie, a FemTech startup in London as well as consulting and advising early-stage startups on operations and strategic partnerships. 

Keji studied law at undergrad and then went on to qualify as a barrister but quickly realized that this wasn't the right profession for her! 

Keji is a lover of sports & fitness (tennis, squash & boxing), a huge foodie (baking & brunch), and maestro of experience design (from dinner parties to activity days). Above all, Keji is a self-confessed self-development junkie who loves to try, learn & master new skills (currently focused on sailing & chess).
