Volterra Volterra was acquired by Applications Networking Giant F5 in a colossal $500M deal. What a fantastic way for them to bid us adieu after initially investing in Acorus Networks in 2018 and since their merger with Volterra a year later, the company has gone from strength to strength.
Once Once, the leading app for quality dating in Western Europe, founded in 2015, was acquired by Dating Group, one of the largest companies in the dating industry with 73 millions registered users across its portfolio. Clémentine Lalande, co-founder and CEO of Once, will continue leading the company.

  • Shippeo, the European leader in end-to-end supply chain visibility, announced a $32M funding round led by new investor Battery Ventures, joined by existing investors Partech, ETF Partners, NGP Capital, and BPIfrance. 🚛
  • Pennylane raised $18M to expand its tools to help businesses navigate the financial repercussions of the pandemic. 🤲
  • Kenbi, the German health tech bringing home care to patients across Germany, revealed a €7M Seed round. Redalpine joined Partech, e.ventures, and Heartcore Capital to help Kenbi reach more patients. 👨‍🦳
  • Sorare’s €3.5M seed extension round was joined by Barcelona FC captain Gérard Piqué, who is part of a growing number of professional investors turning their hand to venture investing. ⚽
  • V7, helping AI teams automate and future-proof their training data workflows, recently joined our Portfolio with the announcement of a $3M funding round led by Amadeus Capital Partners, with participation from Partech, Air Street Capital, and Miele Venture. 📢
